Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you peace of mind when shopping with Above Hours.

How It Works: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by contacting us at contact.abovehours@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition you received it

• Unworn and unused

• In its original packaging

Returns must be shipped back to us at your own cost unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Items sent back without prior request

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
